Happiness Unbound

Some people can only find happiness in the circumstances that they find themselves in. Others find happiness in their lives because they have God. The people who fin happiness in circumstances normally have a harder time focusing on something other than what is happening at that specific time. While the people who find happiness in God tend to have a easier time being positive and understanding of others feelings. Even when people feel that all hope is lost and nothing good can possibly happen if they would look to God they would find that they aren't with out hope and happiness.

My dad found that he had cancer about eight years ago. He all ready knew that he could trust God and lean on him for what ever he needed. He had great peace through the therapy and chemotherapy because he trusted God. No matter how bleak it got he never let his eyes fall from Gods glory. That is part of the reason why he is such a big role model in my life.

When most people find out that they have a disease like cancer they become angry, depressed, and upset. They feel that they don't deserve to be punished like this. In their minds God is giving them unfair treatment. In their minds they are now going to die and they become spiteful to all those around them. What they don't realize is if they just give it to God then the feelings of anger and hate would disappear and they would be at peace.

When people find their happiness in God the world seems like a different place. The world won't seem like it's against them. But for the people that see their circumstances as the only source of happiness. They have a feeling of being let down if not in a time of great happiness. These people just need to take a deep breath and look not to themselves but to God for their happiness.
