Everyday people do things to find joy. It could be talking with a Friend or going for a run. No matter what it is you do these things can only bring you momentary joy. God is the only true means to everlasting joy.
When you do things like run or talk to a Friend you will find that you are happy and joyous for a while, but there will always be something to bring you back down. It is in God that all things can be joyous because you have hope. Hope is one of the things that are essential to find joy. Also when you see the works of Gods hand all around you you see that everything is in God's very capably hands this is also a reason to be joyous. In God there is no reason not to be joyous he is the provider of all things, and he is looking out for you.
